Ravago North America

Green Earth Construction provided owner’s representation services for the Ravago North America project, a phased three-year endeavor in a Class A commercial office space. The project involved collaborating with two architectural and MEP firms, one general contractor, and two property management companies. The goal was to manage an office restack and expansion within the occupied office building, where the client, Ravago, intended to establish their North American headquarters and main data center. With careful planning, swing space was identified to accommodate over 200 employees during the renovation process, which involved one floor at a time. A key aspect was the addition of a stairwell between floors seven, eight, and nine, requiring precision and coordination. The data center implementation was executed in parallel with the existing one in Atlanta to ensure uninterrupted operations, and once the new data center was fully tested and functional, all IT functions were smoothly transitioned to the new office space.
