Ferguson Warehouse – Tamarac, FL

The renovation of the Ferguson warehouse in the City of Tamarac is progressing efficiently, thanks to the collaborative efforts of C4 Architecture, Universal Engineering Sciences, and the Ferguson Operations and Building Owner Teams. The project involves the transformation of a 7,066 SF area within the 285,596 SF building.

Following the completion of demolition, the team encountered and efficiently addressed several existing conditions revealed during the process. With mechanical rough, electrical wall rough, and framing inspections successfully passed, the project is moving forward smoothly in this live office environment.

The Ferguson Tamarac Warehouse project has made significant progress, with the training room, flooring, electrical, and HVAC systems completed. Phase one of the sales floor renovation is also finished, including floor polishing. To prepare for the second phase, sales floor shelves, POS systems, and zip walls have been relocated.
