Hazelhurst Ave – Facade Renovation

Green Earth Construction undertook the Hazelhurst Ave – Facade Renovation, an industrial transformation that involved removing the large stone aggregate and wooden canopies, and replacing them with a new stucco and DEIFS finish. The project also included ensuring safety and durability by protecting all dock openings with steel angle, track guards, and bollards. Furthermore, the rear of the building was enhanced to improve drainage, accommodating new roofing, gutters, and downspouts.

With this renovation, Hazelhurst Ave now boasts a refreshed and functional facade, showcasing Green Earth Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality transformations.
