This project was one of several hurricane restoration projects completed for Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc.  Wind and water damage warranted total exterior siding replacement, as well as some some framing member replacement with Hardie board. We used this material in lieu of cedar to give the structure’s exterior a longer lifespan, attesting to our commitment to long-term satisfaction and quality with our clients. Lastly, we gave the exterior a few fresh coats of paint, taking into consideration all the exterior elements of this waterfront property.
