Riverside Marketplace – Retail Facade – Roofing Restoration

One of three retail plazas that needed restoration after Hurricane Ida devastated New Orleans, LA. Auburndale Properties trusted Green Earth to assist in the insurance assessment and then rebuild, reface and reroof multiple properties.  Additional scope included new RTUs and landlord white box work while on site 9 months. Project met tight budget and schedule revitalizing the tenants to thriving operations.
