Azalea Plaza – Orlando

Welcome to Azalea Plaza, a sustainable transformation project located in Orlando, Florida, completed in 2020 at a total cost of $3,500,000. This Green Earth Construction endeavor revitalized an old K-Mart Facility into a beacon of sustainability and innovation. The project encompassed a comprehensive range of upgrades, including replacing the roof with energy-efficient materials, installing new transformers for optimized power usage, implementing advanced systems for sanitary, water, and fire lines, and integrating backflow preventers to conserve resources.

Working closely with the City of Orlando, the project successfully addressed setback requirements, navigated the Significant Improvement Plan review process, and created a separate out parcel. Azalea Plaza is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, offering a sustainable and eco-friendly destination for residents and visitors alike.
