Green Earth completed the new Bay Indies Clubhouse, a 12,887-square-foot facility designed as a central gathering place for the Bay Indies community. Working in partnership with ELS and RRW, Green Earth helped bring the new clubhouse to life while maintaining the character and natural setting that have long defined this community amenity.
Constructed over one of the community’s lakes, the clubhouse includes just over 10,000 square feet of interior space, along with a large waterfront deck and porte cochère. The facility features an open-air atrium, gathering room, craft and game rooms, warming kitchen, library, and multiple club rooms designed to support resident activities and community events.
The completed clubhouse combines updated amenities with a design that complements its waterfront setting, providing Bay Indies residents with a new community hub built for continued use and enjoyment.
