Ferguson Warehouse – Tamarac, FL

Our team at Green Earth Commercial Contractors enjoyed working on the renovation of the Ferguson warehouse in the City of Tamarac. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of C4 Architecture, Universal Engineering Sciences, and the Ferguson Operations and Building Owner Teams, the project that involved transforming a 7,066 SF area within the 285,596 SF building streamlined perfectly.

Following the completion of demolition, the team encountered and efficiently addressed several existing conditions revealed during the process. With mechanical rough, electrical wall rough, and framing inspections successfully passed, the project moved forward smoothly in this live office environment.

The Ferguson Tamarac Warehouse project included working with the space’s training room, flooring, electrical, and HVAC systems. Also, renovating the new sales floor with modern workspaces gives the Ferguson Tamarac team a welcoming new space.
