We are excited to announce the office renovation of Ferguson’s new corporate office at the Maitland Colonnades building. With plans approved by the City of Maitland and Universal Engineering Sciences, the project is progressing efficiently. The demolition phase is complete, and our dedicated Framing Team is actively working, with our skilled Electricians closely following to complete the electrical rough-in. Designed by C4 Architecture, this tenant fit out in a Class A office building will transform the space into a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters for Ferguson.
