Green Earth Construction successfully completed the Goodwill Kenner project in Kenner, Louisiana in 2020. With a total cost of $1,600,000, this retail Tenant Improvement project involved transforming a vacant space into a vibrant Goodwill store. Green Earth Construction played a key role in selecting the architect, signage vendor, and general contractor on behalf of the ownership. The project included installing new power, water, and sanitary lines in the space, with the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) provided by Goodwill. Additionally, a new porte-cochere was installed to create a covered drop-off donation area for guests. The Goodwill Kenner project showcases Green Earth Construction’s expertise in delivering successful retail transformations while meeting the unique needs of their clients.
