The project spanned multiple locations in Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, Pensacola, and Jacksonville, Florida. With sizes ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet, the industrial and storage facilities underwent comprehensive renovations, including office spaces, break rooms, warehouses, and storefronts. Green Earth Construction provided a range of services, such as design review, permitting, project estimating, and construction management, ensuring the successful execution of the project within budgets ranging from $800,000 to $1,300,000. The program aimed to optimize and enhance the facilities to support Amazon’s warehousing and distribution operations effectively.
