Woodspring Suites

The Woodspring Suites project, completed between 2015 and 2020, encompasses the development of nine hotels across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Each hotel consists of four stories and offers 122+ rooms, situated on 2-2.5 acre sites. With a total cost ranging from $8,000,000 to $10,000,000 per hotel, the project falls under the hospitality sector.

Green Earth Construction took on the responsibility of managing site selection, due diligence, entitlements, as well as the design and construction process for these hotels, which involved collaborating with a master architect, three civil engineers, and multiple general contractors and subcontractors, tailored to the specific location requirements.
