Green Earth Commercial Contracting recently cast a line for a great cause, participating in the 8th Annual All Heroes Open Charity Fishing Tournament in beautiful Tampa Bay. This event, hosted by Team ADDO, brings together the community for a fun day on the water, all while raising crucial funds to support Veterans in the area.

Green Earth and valued partners CRC Group and Brightway Insurance, The Wilson Agency, joined forces for this worthy cause that had us search, catch, and release various local species. Joining Captain Mike Rogal of Bay Native Fishing, we explored our Tampa Bay area’s waters. We increased our knowledge of our beautiful Floridian fauna while working to create awareness of the needs of our veterans.

Team ADDO is a nonprofit organization founded by Veterans. Its mission is to ensure the success of those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Comprised of Veterans and civilians alike who share united values, its mission focuses on three key areas of inspiration. First, it inspires others to improve the lives of transitioning service members and their families. They also motivate community members to provide financial support to organizations working to grow strong, vibrant communities. Finally, it encourages its members to work to engage and strengthen individuals in their communities across the United States.

At Green Earth, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community within our team and in the areas we serve. Participating in events like the Team ADDO fishing tournament allows us to live out this commitment. It’s a chance to connect with fellow businesses, support a great cause, and, most importantly, have fun together!
