Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company is proud to announce the commencement of an exciting collaboration with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. for the transformative design-build renovation of their Blended Satellite Consolidation location in Tamarac, FL. Teaming up once again, this project represents the renewal of a cherished partnership founded on trust, shared values, and a commitment to excellence.

In close coordination with C4 Architecture, the renovation blueprint encompasses a range of enhancements. The comprehensive scope includes:

  • Expanding the sales floor.
  • Updating millwork.
  • Refreshing finishes.
  • Modifying the training room on the second floor with a new HVAC system.
  • Integrating energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the premises.

 

Scheduled to commence in late Q1 or early Q2 of 2024, this project signifies a renewed collaboration, emphasizing GreenEarth’s dedication to building meaningful relationships. Ferguson Enterprises’ distinctive culture, deeply rooted in customer service and relationship-building, resonates seamlessly with GreenEarth’s ethos.
