Mango’s Tropical Café Orlando

Green Earth Construction successfully managed the complete transformation of Mango’s Tropical Cafe, a 55,000 square foot restaurant located in Orlando, Florida along the I-Drive Corridor, with a total cost of $35,000,000. This hospitality project involved overseeing multiple consultants, including the Architect, Civil Engineer, Surveyor, AV, IT, LV, Signage, and Food Service Design, while effectively managing the project’s scope, schedule, and budget. The extensive renovation encompassed site work, complete interior demolition, and the division of space for a separate tenant, with meticulous coordination of specialty trades such as AV, LV, signage, and food service vendors. Notably, the project showcased over 750 lineal feet of artistically themed bar tops across 7 bars, accompanied by an elaborate low voltage package that included over 66 miles of cable, generator backup power, a UPS system for power cleaning, and advanced smoke evacuation and life safety systems. Despite encountering various challenges during the permitting, inspection, and Certificate of Occupancy phases, Green Earth Construction successfully delivered this highly anticipated project.
