Green Earth served as the Construction Manager for a retail developer based in New Jersey with nationwide assets for the Goodwill New Orleans project. The initiative aimed to enhance an aging shopping center in Kenner, LA, and was led by the developer. Green Earth oversaw interior renovations, site work, and the implementation of key features such as a new drive-through porte cochere and a new roof. The project was successfully executed, resulting in a transformed space that now accommodates Goodwill New Orleans. With expertise in managing construction projects and delivering high-quality results, Green Earth was pivotal in revitalizing the shopping center and creating a functional and modern environment for Goodwill’s operations.
