23 Apr Rebuilding Connection at Bay Indies
Every strong community needs places that bring people together. With that in mind, Green Earth Commercial Contractors is proud to begin construction on the new Bay Indies Lakefront Community Clubhouse. The original clubhouse was lost to a fire, and this new facility is being built to honor its legacy and provide updated, functional spaces for residents to enjoy for years to come.
The new clubhouse’s new modern coastal design blends charm with purpose. It will include club rooms, a library, a game room, a craft room, and a workspace, along with a prep kitchen and restrooms. A covered deck will extend over the lake, creating a beautiful setting for events. The layout also features a courtyard garden, a covered entry, and a port cochere to welcome guests.
The structure sits along the water, so we’re starting with critical work—replacing the old pilings to support the building and ensure long-term stability. This project also includes upgraded block construction and a brand-new outdoor patio that will enhance the space’s functionality and durability.
We recognize the excellent work done by CWA in handling the demolition and site preparation to get this project underway. Their partnership is key to moving this vision forward.
We’re sharing a few “before” photos now—stay tuned for the after. The Green Earth team is excited to bring this space to life.
With every project, we bring hands-on leadership, a proven process to manage schedule, scope, and budget, and consistent communication at every phase. From concept to closeout, Green Earth delivers construction solutions backed by experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of building spaces that serve people and purpose.
