Where Trust Leads, We Build: New Projects Awarded Across Multiple Sites

Trust isn’t built all at once—it’s earned over time, project by project. At Green Earth Commercial Contracting, we value partnerships that go beyond large-scale builds, focusing on the ongoing improvements that keep our clients’ facilities performing at their best.

We’re excited to share the award of three new projects, each a continuation of a relationship built on consistency, clear communication, and reliability. These scopes may not involve new ground-up structures, but they are essential to day-to-day operations—and trusted clients have once again chosen Green Earth to get them done right.

One of these is Ferguson Tallahassee, a client we’ve partnered with across multiple locations. This project includes key facility upgrades such as interior finish enhancements, electrical improvements, and accessibility modifications, including widening a restroom doorway and adding an ADA-compliant parking space. A concrete pad will also be added to support Ferguson’s after-hours pickup lockers, further improving service flexibility.

Two additional projects are underway for an E-Commerce client, both focused on optimizing existing warehouse facilities to meet operational demands.

In Virginia, we’re converting a single-story warehouse into a last-mile delivery station. The scope includes architectural and electrical updates, accommodations for a material handling system, and EV charging infrastructure. Exterior work features sealcoating, new sidewalks and curbs, concrete paving for canopy coverage, signage, and upgraded landscaping—preparing the site to handle both parcel and bulky-item delivery with increased efficiency.

The third project involves a refrigeration system upgrade at another E-Commerce facility. This specialized work will allow the client to meet evolving logistics needs while maintaining consistent performance standards.

These new awards reflect what we believe in most: that Building Meaningful Relationships is about more than delivering a single project—it’s about being trusted to return, support, and build again, whenever the need arises. If you want
