Green Earth Takes #BMR Beyond the Jobsite

Give the Green Earth team a sunny day, some water, good food, and a little friendly competition, and we’re in!

Our team recently gathered with family at Wekiwa Springs State Park for the Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company Picnic. With team members working across the Southeast, we don’t always get the chance to have everyone in the same place. It was great to bring as many people together as possible for a day outdoors.

And outdoors is exactly where this group likes to be.

The day included kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding at the springs. Mission BBQ kept everyone fed, while raffle prizes and a cornhole tournament added some friendly competition to the afternoon. Congratulations to Rick Wilson and Orlando Rivas, who came out on top in the cornhole tournament and earned this year’s bragging rights.

There was also plenty of time to relax and catch up. With our teams managing projects throughout the Southeast, having time together away from schedules and job sites is something we value.

Green Earth’s Building Meaningful Relationships philosophy includes the relationships within our own company. Our people work together every day to support our projects and our clients. Opportunities like the company picnic give us time to strengthen those connections outside of work. Having our families join us made the day even better. Their support is an important part of what allows our team to do what we do throughout the year.

Thank you to everyone who made it out to Wekiwa Springs. We loved having so many members of the Green Earth family together and look forward to the next opportunity to do it again.
