Green Earth Commercial Contracting is proud to announce a new project award with a valued repeat client, Teachers Federal Credit Union. This upcoming tenant improvement marks our third collaboration and will be located in Lake Mary, Florida.

As with the previous branches in Tampa and Naples, this project reflects the credit union’s ongoing investment in thoughtful, member-focused spaces—and Green Earth’s role as a trusted partner in bringing those environments to life.

Our work on this location will involve a full interior remodel of an existing space to support TFCU’s growing footprint in Central Florida. While every branch is unique in design and layout, the shared goal remains clear: creating a functional, welcoming, and future-ready environment for both members and staff.

We’re honored to continue this relationship and proud to be chosen once again to support TFCU’s expansion throughout Florida.
